Provide software design, development and customization services to major corporations. During my 15 years as a consultant I have been involved in numerous implementations of Oracle-based applications including Oracle Order Entry/Management, Oracle Web Order Entry, Oracle Financials, Manufacturing, a goal performance management system, a warehouse distribution center system, a labor data collection system and a telemarketing / customer service system. I developed many custom reports and forms using data from Oracle Order Management, Oracle Financials, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Oracle Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, etc.) and Oracle Shipping Execution. In addition I designed and developed interfaces between mainframe/other applications and Oracle Applications as well as data extracts from/to Oracle Order Management, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Shipping Execution, Oracle Financials and Oracle Purchasing for EDI, utilizing the Oracle Open Interfaces when possible. Specific responsibilities include creating functional and technical specifications, developing forms and reports, data modeling including ERD's and DFD's, designing and creating tables and views, data conversion, data loads, designing and developing interfaces, performance tuning, developing source code, performing source control and testing.

 

3/90 to 1/91 ** Product Manager ** Diagonal Data Corporation

 

Supervised and performed functional, conceptual, and technical design of fleet maintenance software used by major cities throughout the U.S. and Canada.  The product was an Oracle based fleet maintenance package utilizing C procedures.  Additional duties included supervision of software development and database administration, definition of product direction and content, development of procedures for product modification, co-ordination of manpower, and administrative duties such as hiring and performance reviews.

 

Diagonal Data purchased Keith‑Stevens in March of 1990.

 

7/85 to 3/90 ** Project Leader, Programmer/Analyst ** Keith-Stevens

 

Supervised and performed the design and development of maintenance control software for major U.S. Corporations.  The MCS software package was written in Oracle and consisted of integrated modules for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, inventory and purchasing. Additional responsibilities included modification and enhancement of the base software package to customer specifications, testing and documentation, design and development of interfaces with existing customer accounting and inventory systems, software installation and system administrator/ user training.

 

3/82 to 6/85 ** Programmer/Analyst ** FluiDyne Engineering

 

Designed, developed and documented a timekeeping/job tracking system for the model shop, a supply inventory and purchasing system for the model shop, a cataloguing system for the library.  Modified, enhanced and documented a material control system for two major projects.  Wrote and modified programs to implement the NCAR graphics package.  Wrote NC programs for the machine shop.
